Microsoft GIF Animator lets you use any existing .gif or .avi file (or any image you
can copy to the Windows Clipboard) to create an animated .gif file, which can be
used on your Web page. Add as many images to an animation as your
computer memory allows. As you would expect from Microsoft, the interface is
easy to use, with a toolbar, tabbed pages, an animation frames display column, and
several available options. The program conforms to the Gif89a file format specification
and comes with 13 sample animated .gif files. REQUIRES WINDOWS 95.
